MediGuide is concerned with providing the user with the information of all the medicines available in Nepal. This application will allow the user to enter the name of the medicine and in return provides the information about the medicine that is stored in the data base of the application. This application is likely to provide us with the information about what the medicine will be used for, the general dose of the medicine , the strength of the medicine, the cost of the medicine, its cost and how easily it is available in the market. If the medicine is to be sold only under doctor’s prescription the information about the medicine will be kept hidden from the user. This product is android based and will be entirely based around the android platform. Android studio will be used for creating the application and maintaining the database. This application will be offline application in which data base will be updated regularly. The user will be able to download the application from the google play store. The first build will be comprised only of the general database about the medicine. However the future build will include Doctors dairy, containing the information about the doctors such as their phone-number and their appointment timing on different clinics and hospitals.
