This project presents a Rule-Based Chatbot System developed to improve communication and information access for DWIT College. It uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a rule-based approach to provide instant responses to user queries related to admissions, courses, and college events. Built using Python and Flask with MongoDB for data storage, the system retrieves predefined answers efficiently. It also includes an admin-controlled CRUD interface to manage and update the chatbot’s knowledge base. The system enhances user experience, reduces administrative workload, and provides 24/7 automated support through the college website.
