Thus, the paper introduces an application that attempts to make searching the rental space through the internet without having to go out. This paper attempts to make efficient utilization of time of people living a busy life. This paper introduces the web application where people can search for their desired flat, view it, and can contact the owner of the flat via contact number. User (house owner) can upload their flat details on rent can edit, view it and the people looking for flat can view the post and contact the flat owner via contact number. Tenant can search for the desired flat based on search by location and search by types of flat. This all feature included application was made by the use PHP in the backend, MariaDB in the database and Html and Css in the frontend. Thus, at the end this paper concludes a web application including all the feature above was made for finding the house on rent through the internet.
In today’s world, almost everything has been digitized. We are dependent on computers to perform record keeping and calculations tasks instead of traditional record keeping systems. Similarly, our day to day life is being expensive day by day as we spend on sectors of food, clothing, shelter, entertainment and many more. Most of the people cannot track their expense and income due to which they may face money crisis, so in this case Expense tracker application can help the people to tracking income-expense day to day and making life tension free. This project is a Flask application based on expense and income tracking system. This project aims to create an easy, faster and smooth tracking system between the expense and the income. This project also offers some opportunities that will help the user to sustain all financial activities like digital automated diary. The users can define their own categories for expense type such as food, rent, miscellaneous where they have to enter the money that has been spent and add some description to specify that expense. The user can view and analyze their expenses via the use of diagrams: pie-chart and bar-diagram.
The purpose of this project is to develop web-based demonstration to visualize intuitive and fluid control over 3D object using hand based gesture controls. Project focuses on collection of data to train model, development of gesture detection model using Keras, and deployment of said model in a web app. Gesture classification is done via sequential dense neural network with three hidden layers; whereas its deployment in the form of web app is done using React JS and Three JS. End goal of project is to create a web app which can control a 3D object using hand gesture fed from webcam.
Children grow rapidly from birth to the age of one or two years [1]. Clothing, shoes, and other daily essentials like powder, wipes, and other goods are required on a regular basis. Parents who shop with their children are at danger of getting covid because of the current pandemic. However, due to the lack of a dedicated ecommerce platform for infant products, product variety and relevancy are difficult to find. As a result, the project was developed to make shopping for babies easier for parents by providing better services. Because the site only sells infant product, there will be more variety in the products, which will result in better service and product relevancy. The project's next goal is to introduce an ecommerce idea that concentrates on a single sector for improved service and product variety.
One of the most extensively hit industries by Covid-19 is the restaurant business. Even when things begin to normalize, the outbreak is far from done, and new strains continue to pose a threat to our lives. Covid-19 transmission is still a huge risk factor when eating out at a restaurant. Restaurant menus are difficult to disinfect, and regular engagement with restaurant staffs is another issue for both staff and diners. In such a scenario, this project will provide a practical method for restaurants to run their operations while reducing some of the risks associated with eating out. This paper examines some of the current issues related to dining out at restaurants and proposes a solution based on an online takeaway food ordering system. In addition, the system proposed in this paper aims to assist restaurants in keeping track of orders during rush hours. Finally, this paper aims to demonstrate the value of implementing a restaurant's work - flow digitally in order to update menus systematically.
Online Bus Ticket Booking System is a web-based application that works within a centralized network. This project presents a review on the software program “Online Bus Ticket Booking System” as should be used in a bus transportation system, a facility which is used to reserve seats, cancellation of reservation and different types of route enquiries used on securing quick reservations. In Nepal, we have to wait in a line for long hours just to find comfortable seat especially during festive seasons. Apart from that Nepal being a country whose future will largely rely on tourism; it only makes sense that we make their life easier during their stay. They have to face language barrier and have to buy bus ticket at double the price that locals pay. This project is built for managing and computerizing the traditional database, ticket booking and tracking bus and travel made. The main motto of this project is to solve the problem which is mentioned above. The project is designed in such way that maintains all customer details, bus details, reservation details. This project helps not only passengers but also the bus owner to grow their business. The bus owner can add the bus details, update the information and can see their earnings. The user or the passengers can search list of busses going to a destination from our desired current location on a particular day. Through this kind of application, the costumer can also compare the price and then only reserved their desired seat. Thus, this web application will be a bridge between customers and business owners and provide fairness to everyone.

Searching for rental company is not an easy task. People have to move from place to place to find a car which they desire. This project is designed to enable renting of cars to the people through an online system. It helps users to view and book cars for specified period of time. The challenge of obtaining suitable vehicles online rather than physically going from place to place is analyzed in depth. It also makes users jobs easier by bringing the system online.
Super hero games are fun to play as they allow us to escape from reality but different people have different liking of their favorite character. Most games about super hero as Iron Man rarely comes as 2D game and the built or existing game either are unplayable or come in package of various other super hero which the player may not want to play but will need to play for playing as Iron Man. Various methods were involved while making this game like research on platform games, research on Iron Man character, learning Unity game engine, C# language, etc. to get the final output as 2D Iron Man game. This game mainly focuses on single super hero Iron Man so that gamers who love playing only Iron Man can play the game without having to play other characters and the game is more playable than existing 2D Iron Man game.
File sharing is one of the most common tasks that we do in our daily life. When a person wants to send a file he/she has some options. They can either send the file by uploading it to a server. They can also use a USB connection to share files. In the first cases some time has to be spent when uploading file to the server. The download speed also varies on the basis of internet speed. On the second case, we have to search for a USB cable. An alternate way, where files can be shared using Peer to Peer sharing can be used. This improves upon the server download and file has not to be uploaded on the server. In a nutshell, this helps in ease of access when sharing files when users are connected in a same internet connection.

My project entitled Realtime Visual Collaborator using MERN Stack is developed to collaborate on ideas with their teammates in a real-time environment. It allows teams to centralize projects and communication on scalable visual boards where you can jump onto a board along with your colleagues to follow live cursors and brainstorm, present ideas, or co-create in real time.
My project entitled Certificate Generator using Laravel is developed to generate automated certificates for an event. In this web application, the admin can add images of different certificate templates that are then provided to the users from which they can choose a suitable one and fill necessary details. The entire process of certificate generation is done with the help of computer through this application rather than manually. Creation of certificates manually with various design tools can be tedious. However by utilizing this project, certificates can be generated automatically in a small amount of time. This web application can be of great use in educational institutes and business organizations.

Hence, Onpay aims to track the record of the employees in a database.

Users can find a safer community space within this application as they can also maintain their anonymity and freely share their thoughts. With its simplicity and clean design it basically aims to provide a space for users to interact with each other.

In this scenario, this project helps book readers by exchanging books between each other. This paper introduces a robust exchange system in Nepal which we currently lack. The system proposed in this paper attempts to engage people in exchanging goods instead of the buying and selling process and ultimately save money in the process.
The project “Banquet Finder using MERN” is a system based on accessing the internet to book banquet for events. This project was created with an aim to develop and implement online banquet booking system, that will replace the manual method of booking the banquets. Since the explosion of web as a business medium, one of its primary uses has been for marketing. The web has become a critical distribution channel for the majority of successful enterprises. People have been relying on web application to get their work done since it’s an easier and faster method to complete any task. Web application as such is not really in implementation in the country due to which people are compelled to search and book banquets for their occasion on their own hustling from one place to another to look for a better place. The project therefore aimed at developing an online booking system for banquets to enable customers to book a venue for their special occasion in anytime and from anywhere. The project will be beneficial for all the customers looking for a place to organize an event as well the owners of the banquets respectively. This website will provide a platform for people to view all the list of banquets available in the valley with their detailed description of place from price range to availability date of banquet to the facilities the place offers.
Since the outbreak of covid 19, education sector took a major impact. Almost all of the schools and universities had to close down their physical classes and opt for online classes. Even as things are starting to look better, the pandemic is still not over and new variants continue to evolve. Since all the students had to change from physical classes to online lectures, the sudden change of paradigm created confusion and steepened the learning curve. This paper analyses some of the current existing problems in online learning and attempts to solve them through an online lecture streaming platform. At the same time, it addresses the communication gap through live chat feature. Finally, this paper tries to showcase the potential of online learning platform and how it makes learning easier.
After the breakout of the worldwide pandemic COVID-19, face mask has been the most important and basic safety precaution need in the whole world. The main aim of the project is to detect the presence of a face mask on human faces on live video streaming. This will check individual wearing masks in door entry/ supermarket to let them in any department store/office/school or anu public places. This will reduce the risk of spreading virus at public places and make all people safe and cautious. YOLO (algorithm is used as base algorithm object (Mask) detection. Python along with its libraries like Keras, Tensorflow and OpenCV and deeplearning will be used to build this project. OpenCV is used to detect the face and Keras and Tensorflow is used to train the dataset of the faces before and after wearing mask of different types. Dataset contains different types and color of masks which will be providing more accuracy to the system output.
File sharing between users has always been a great issue. Almost every tool available for file sharing are either built for business/enterprise sector and later made available for normal users or they are pay to use product which may seem not good deal for users who rarely use the product. The objective of this project was to design an offline file sharing website, where users share the file by creating a room and joining it. Here the shared files are stored in browser’s buffer and as soon as sharing of the file is completed, then the file is downloaded immediately. Since the need for sharing files is greater now than ever, this paper analyzes some of the current existing problem in file sharing sector and attempts to solve them through a file sharing platform which at the same time addresses the need of active internet connection to share file even locally.
A crucial part of any project is not just it’s individual characteristics, in the end a complete picture is only revealed with a good balance of each component. And, in order to obtain such good combination, the underlying constant to be considered is communication. Within a team-centered that highly relies on real time communication between team members, it’s crucial that there be a channel through which the interactions can take place. This collaborative app focuses on creating that seamless medium for transfer of information in between faculties. Primarily, as emphasized, it creates a unique channel that basically allows constant communication through notes that in turn help structure a proper dynamic inside a group. It gives the admin control over assigning tasks to departments, and the members a platform to communicate via a single specific note. At the same time, it’s also a transparent domain that shows how well the coordination takes place, so that regular changes can be made within the environment to maintain a good and efficient workspace.
A virtual queue system is a system that places customers in a virtual waiting line or queue, where they don’t have to physically wait in line to get a service. With a virtual queue system, customers can wait remotely as they are not confined to any waiting spot. The main aim of developing this project is to avoid making people stand in long lines to get serviced. Everyone, once in a while, arrives at a situation where they have to stand to get some service. Thus, making this process simpler is really important because standing and waiting makes people impatient. If everyone waits near the service station the service station might become over crowded. In the overcrowded situation, keeping track of the queue can be dreary. Maintaining a fair queue is very important for the people to stay motivated and less frustrated while waiting to get serviced. While a physical line is very prone to being cut, a proper queuing system where fairness can be implemented is required. The system should allow people to enter into the queue without having to actually stay in the queue. The system should maintain the queue in a fair and organized manner. Since queues are implemented in many organizations, this project can be implemented almost anywhere where customers need to stay in line in order to get serviced. This system can help to solve the problem of overcrowding, anxious waiting and reduce cost for maintaining queues.
Recommender systems are more popular and increase the production costs for many service providers. Recommender systems minimize the transaction costs and improves the quality and decision-making process to users. A recommendation system is a subclass of Information filtering Systems that seeks to predict the rating or the preference a user might give to an item. In simple words, it is an algorithm that suggests relevant items to users. Today the world is an overcrowded, recommendations are required for recommending products or services. What is more, companies are able to gain and retain customers by sending out emails with links to new offers that meet the recipients' interests, or suggestions of films and TV shows that suit their profiles. In this paper, we propose a movie recommendation system that has the ability to recommend movies to a new user as well as others. Recommender systems are widely used in the Internet Industry. Services like Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube are typical examples of recommender system. This system can suggest a set of movies to the users based on the similarity (movies similarity and users’similarity). The recommendation system follows the concepts of Content Based Filtering and Collaborative filtering. This paper also shows how an API can be made for recommendation system and used by various service providers. The machine learning aspect of the project was deployed using fast API.
The motivation behind this application is to provide a platform for users to rent clothes between each other and to communicate in an effective and efficient manner. Nowadays, there is online rental system curated for things like furniture, car, house etc. which benefits the user. A rental service is a service in which customers arrive to request the hiring of the rental unit. It is more convenient than carrying the cost of owning and maintaining the unit. It’s easier to browse for the clothes online instead of going through the shops everywhere. Similarly, online clothes rent application can be used to renting clothes. Only the difference is renting and buying. Renting shops are very few in our country so, it makes easier for the people to browse online rather than searching for the shops. This application aims to rent products for duration ranging from an hour to a week or a month. People can browse for the clothes and rent the clothes by calling on the number given on each post. This application can be useful for people attending various programs such as, Annual program in schools and colleges (people may need different cultural clothes), seminars (people may need formal clothes), etc.
In public auction the participation of the general public is very limited. The aim of the project is to socialize the auction so that people from far & wide and even across the continent can participate in it. The system is designed to allow users to set up their products for auctions and bidders to register and bid for various products available for bidding. The “Online Auction” site is developed with a vision to wipe out the inherent problems of “Conventional Auction House”. Online Auction is designed in such a way that it is as user friendly as possible. So, any aspiring bidder or seller can visit the site and engage in bidding with least effort.
Trick shot, a 2D board game for smartphones, is the subject of this study. The concept is based on a typical carrom board game which includes the ability to create and execute their own trick shots. It comes with a variety of tools and methods for players to design their own custom levels. Players can play other players' published levels and beat the high score on those levels by following the clearly established guidelines. Unlike the typical carrom board game, in which players compete by scoring pucks against each other, this game emphasizes the community spirit of constructing unique stages and performing seemingly impossible shots to accomplish them. By combining trick shots and level construction mechanisms, this project adds a new depth to the basic carrom game. With its simplicity, this game intends to just have fun and remind you of your childhood memories with buddies.
During the process of buying any product we generally take a look at other alternatives to the product we are buying along with the other products that may be useful. But during the process of e-commerce transaction, we cannot view the various products available that may be useful and this project helps to solve this problem. Using the products present in the current cart we can recommend users with products the other users have bought along with the product which in turn brings about user choices into play. Furthermore, we can provide users with better items that most other users have been buying and allow the users to view a dynamic and popular item. There are various implementations of “Apriori algorithm” each having a common concept of mapping user data with other users in order to predict if a user is going to buy a particular product or not. So, its use alone is not enough in order to provide the customers with best recommendation. Furthermore, recommendation is not the only problem that the user faces when buying an item form an e-commerce website. Technologies like Virtual Reality are taking over the e-commerce website where user can have the satisfaction of sensing the product before buying it. My product can be used in areas where user doesn’t have to sync or feel the product before buying it i.e., the Technological market where the user views specification of the product being bought rather than the look and feel of the product.
Electronic commerce(E-commerce) is buying and selling of good or service via the internet and the transferring of money or data to execute these transactions. The pandemic has fueled the need for online presence for any physical trade. Although there is rapid digital growth in several economic sectors, the growth in digitization of agriculture; Nepal’s most prominent economic source is comparatively low. Nepal being an agricultural country, it should be our priority to digitize agricultural field as well. The motive of this project to connect the farmers and their potential costumers digitally. This web application with the use of MERN technology, aims to provide the digital and physical platform to both the farmers to sell their fresh produce and the households to buy at a reasonable price without any intervention from a middleman. The researches have led to the conclusion that there is a significant lack of a platform connecting farmers to the consumer in Nepal, while it seems to be the most applicable in today’s context. This project addresses the need of an application that bridges the gap between farmers and the consumers by offering an online platform that lets the farmers market their product to a wider range of audience and the customers to be able to access and buy locally produced products.
If a person chooses to go from one city to another, they may face several challenges, including increased traffic due to population growth, obstructed routes, and inefficient time management. Because determining a path between nodes or cities is a time-consuming task, pathfinding algorithms can make it easier. Pathfinding algorithms aid in the discovery of the shortest route between a source and a destination node. The Pathfinding Visualizer tool uses Dijkstra's Algorithm, one of the Pathfinding algorithms, to discover the shortest path between any two places. This paper examines some of the issues with pathfinding techniques that do not rely on algorithms. The paper then offers a system that seeks to address the flaw. User Interaction is the system's main focus. To put it another way, the goal of this paper is to give a basic understanding of how a pathfinding algorithm works and how a shortest path is formed.
Re-Commerce is the process of the buying and selling of used clothes via internet. These business transactions occur either as business-to-consumer or consumer-to-consumer. Textile industry is one of the growing yet highly impacted sector due to Covid-19. With the pandemic and lockdown implementation, garments and fabrics were among few items that were not been imported to Nepal. This made users and consumers to drift their shopping activity into local markets giving many thrifting stores a scope to blossom. Even after lives finally going back to normal, task like window shopping and walking around streets are not feasible to many people. Many people were deprived of employment, compelling them to start something on their own. Thrifter has opened the door of opportunity and advantage to many user who intend to sell their clothing items and make it a source of income with just a click from their safe and preferred area. This paper analyses the growth of thrifting market in the commercial sector of the country. The project report aims to understand the present status of resale market in Nepal and the possibilities of growth it can have in the future. This report also identifies the problems faced by the consumer when they want to have their own way of styling at an affordable price. Hence, Thrifter focuses on providing shopping convenience, information seeking, social contact, and diversity effects towards resale online shopping.
Student need to reach out to different educational institute to get the admission form, and return back again to submit it. In worst case scenario student need to stand in queue both the time. Similarly, educational institute need to allocate extra resource to just collect the form and manage the queue. This project aimsto solve the problem, by providing a platform where both students and educational institute come together for providing admission form, fill up the form and submitting the admission form. This paper also discusses about the available platform and its shortcoming and purposes the better approach for context of Nepal.
The personal health record can be vital part to enhance our healthcare but this has been missing in our approach. Personally, the only approach we have is to keep records in hardcopies which we keep on losing, misplacing. This kind of medical practice may lead to mistreatment, recurring tests and so on. In order to improve such practice, I worked on to create a software that enables users to record their medical records digitally. The project gives personal approach to record keeping and the individual is able to share their medical records when needed. Also the project enables users to assign caretakers who are able to view the medical records of that particular user. This paper analyses the gap in the personal medical care due to improper management of personal medical record. The system proposed in the paper works on to reduce the gap created, by providing digital approach to recordkeeping system.
Restaurant industry is one of the most heavily impacted industry by Covid-19. Many restaurants were unable to operate during the pandemic and struggled to stay in business. Even as things are going back to normal, the pandemic is still not over and new variations continue to threaten our lives. Eating out at restaurant is still a huge risk factor for Covid-19 transmission. Menus at a restaurant are difficult to sanitize, and constant interaction with the restaurant staffs is another concern for contacting Covid-19 for both staffs and diners. In such a scenario, this project will provide a convenient system to restaurants to operate their business by minimizing some risk factors associated with eating out at restaurants. This paper analyses some of the current existing problem with dining out at restaurant and attempts to solve them using a QR based online food ordering system. At the same time system proposed in this paper also attempts to help restaurants keep proper track of orders and transactions. Finally, this paper tries to showcase the potential of digitizing a restaurant’s workflow and the potential of QR code integration in such systems.
Carrying bulky files and/or forgetting to carry report to the hospital has been a big problem. Also due to the outbreak of COVID in 2020, there has been fear amongst people regarding the infection. As of now, hard copy output has been the only way to get the report. The main motive to create this system was to make it easier for the regular patients to visit the hospital. It eliminates the need of people to carry their files to the hospital during their visit by recording their information in the database and making it easily accessible when needed.
Dynamic web application is built up with client and server architecture. Any request sent by the client is sent to the server. Web applications with input forms, takes the input given by the clients. If these forms lacks sufficient validation and sanitization, user can inject any kind of inputs. If client inject any kind of malicious JavaScript code to the input field and the website may disclose the critical information, then this attack is called Cross-Site Scripting i.e. XSS. Cross-site scripting is one entry point for attackers to access and manipulate control systems networks which allow users to post viewable content in order to execute arbitrary HTML and active content such as JavaScript on remote machine. According to OWASP top 10, around 40% of the websites are vulnerable to XSS attacks. As a result, this project was developed to test the websites with the XSS vulnerabilities and automate the time consuming testing process. This project next goal is to crawl the website directories and discover vulnerable parameters itself.
