The staffs who are assigned to manage the inventory items should go through the products and count them and check which is missing or out of stock. It is tedious job as there will be lots of item in the stock. Deerwalk Siphal Inventory system is exactly that platform which makes the management of the inventory very easy, convenient and reliable. It is a web based online inventory management system where the admin will update about the available products in the stock and the users can login and use the items. All the staffs will have the credentials to login to the system and record the detail about their usage of the products of the inventory. Once the admin will update the products details it will be reflected in the dashboard of a user and hence they can further process.
Lost and found is an android application designed to ease the process of finding the lost thing within the premises of Deerwalk Institute of Technology. This android application will remove the traditional method of keeping the box or pasting the notice for the things that are lost and found. In this application, the person who has lost the items can post the notice along with the description and photos (if available). This will be sent to all the users and If anyone has found the product then founder can message the person that has lost the items. This will ease the founder and receiver to give and take the items that was lost.

When you are at the shopping mall or at the road, Ispend makes it easy to stay on top of your expenses. It is a simple expense management solution available on the web. All the users will have the credentials to login to the system and record the detail about their expenses.

The business procedure of such a big business firm is very systematic because they have systems to perform whatever the business activities has been performed. It helps those firms to run very efficiently without any loss in their business. But looking towards those small businesses, we still cannot find something very systematic that can help them perform task very smoothly and efficiently. Instead a lot of hassle is seen in those business. They still use the traditional way of book keeping all their transactions and the credits that their customers have taken. Sometime they believe in their customer so much that they do not feel it necessary to note the credits down. This is the major weak point, they cannot organize those records properly and cannot retrieve the required data efficiently. Hence, Udharo is the platform where shopkeepers can keep the record of the customer and the items they have taken from the shopkeepers along with the date on which day the customer took the credit. Then the same customer can be able to view the credits that they have taken from the shopkeepers.

These absenteeism needs to be traced to evaluate and to check for validation. Similar case is with the students. Attendance is important criteria while evaluating student performance and their absenteeism needs to be traced. Absenteeism is exactly the platform for the students and teachers to know about the present attendance and if they fall in the criteria set by the college or not. Instead of writing an application, making phone calls and texting to seek leave is not proper as the applications may be lost and phone calls and text may not be replied. Absenteeism solves this problem and also helps to keep records of leaves and absentees. Absenteeism is designed by conducting feasibility study of DWIT college which can be used by administrator and students inside the college. Admin can add new student, receive leave request and also grant or deny leaves. Student can login to the system using the credentials given by admin and send leave request and also view their present attendance state and can know if they are inside the minimum criteria or not.
The main purpose of DWIT Project Stock, a web application is to ease and save student’s time to get an idea for their micro, mini and final projects in their university study. Micro projects are the projects done in fifth semester in Deerwalk Institute of Technology(DWIT) college. Mini projects are the projects done in sixth semester in DWIT college. Final projects are the projects done in seventh semester by final year students in DWIT college. In addition, it will be an organised record of all the projects and ideas that has been reported and carried by DWIT students. To find the projects done by different students is really a hectic task, as we can find either some of them scattered in the Library or nowhere. In this technology age and being Bsc.CSIT college, it is fruitful for DWIT students to find all the projects with a simple browsing rather than asking and searching paper documents in the Library. DWIT Project Stock is a web application where admin (DWIT Administration) will upload and manage all the projects. Firstly, this application is targeted to be used within DWIT. Students and stakeholders of DWIT can simply view and if necessary can download the projects. While DWIT administration have to logon to the application using valid email and password to upload projects. Once, the projects are uploaded the User (Viewer) can view and download the projects.
The purpose of this application is to promote fitness in Nepal along with member management. There are no common platform for the fitness post. Also, the member management is primitive. Currently used technique for the posts is inefficient and member's validation is tedious. According to the interview conducted at the fitness center, our application bridges the information sharing among the members and trainers. It is a web application which provides the common platform for articles, blogs and exercise. The system validates the member's subscription and notifies the owner.
Students studying Bachelor degrees in Nepal don’t have an effective and adequate medium to view the notes of the subject and upload or download it. In a more simple way, basically there is no online/offline medium via smartphones to directly look into the notes, videos, assignments, etc. of different subjects. Either there are online websites which provide notes of certain bachelor studies or there are none. In a more broad context, there is no medium where we can find notes and studying material of more than two Bachelors subject. Through StudyHUBB I have tried to basically incorporate as much as different subjects(example: Bsc.CsIT, MBBS, etc.) in a single mobile application. There are note of different subjects according to the respective semesters and the user can upload and download the pdf’s of the required subject.
Furnicare is a web based app where users can buy and sell second hand furniture’s. Buying new furniture is very expensive and people are in search of new furniture. There are no platform specially dedicated for buying and selling these type of furniture and people have to visit different recondition stores for inspection. Furnicare will reduce this hustle and will allow the purchaser to browse and inspect the furniture of their choice by staying at their comfort zone. Furnicare is going to act as a hub for all the people in want of furniture providing it’s user a user-friendly environment to buy and sell furniture in a single platform.
DWIT has always lacked a platform for keeping records of the complains files. The complains that are filed are kept in the “Help-Desk” and the authority to access “Help-Desk” is with the CR and Admins. The students are unaware of what is happening to the filed complains. Thereby, there is always a constant pressure to the respective CRs about the filed complains and their update. Hence, with the help of “ICOMPLAINED”, students can add complains, view complains and their status i.e. if appropriate actions are taken on them or not. The Admin is given the authority to change the status of the complain and view the complains, while the CRs acts as the super admin of the application. They can edit, delete, view and change the status of the complain filed.

Thus, these data need to be presented in a graphical format for analysis and attractive presentation. Movie hunter is designed to analyze movies and related movies through a graph. There is no level /hierarchy of user to be able to use this website. Anyone with the interest of finding out about movies in one site can use this website. Moreover, the user can also search for the movie and find similar movies based on the ratings. With number of movies increasing day by day and number of related movies increasing in number it is getting difficult for the user to find all movies and the related information in one page. Movie hunter is basically designed to solve this problem of mess in large database by making data visualization easier.

In Deerwalk Institute of technology, there are many internship opportunity available for students where students can explore their knowledge and talents. The information of vacancy announcement for students are passed through emails where the students may have difficulty in searching interns and more number of students apply for intern, it become harsh to manage the CV .So, this project is targeted towards providing students with a easy to use portal where they can apply for their desired intern position available. Further this portal makes it easier for the intern recruiter to keep a track at the interns and their respective work.
Phone Diary is concerned with providing contact numbers of different places and organizations like hospital, police, ambulance, emergency etc. which are very useful to people. People face different problem, when someone is sick and need ambulance or someone want to call police they do not have their contact number. To find that they have to search their contact numbers either on internet or see on newspaper or call to some service provider which is not cost and time effective. This application contains the contact numbers which are very useful. The numbers are available in offline mode so that one should not have to go online for searching important numbers. This application is entirely based on an android platform. Android studio will be used for creating the application in which database will be updated regularly. The users will be able to download the application from the google play store. This application is targeted to everyone who is searching for contact numbers of different places and organization.

The purpose of this web application is to track the daily positive happening of people and provide happiness index value based on user entered text. The user enters any good thing happened on that day. This web application is based on Gross National Happiness Index provided by the government of Srilanka. This project is done on Java Programming Language. User entered text is tokenized and it is compared with the keywords and it is finally categorized into nine parameters. Each parameter carries out some weight form which we can calculate happiness index. The users will have a good output if they entered text that can be found on a dataset. There is limited number of dataset in a list. There are lots of things to be done to enhance it. For better result, the system needs lots of data that contains keywords that belong to any of nine categories.
MyComputerStop is a web-based platform which acts as a hub for all the people who are to buy computer as well as sell their old components. Buying computers in Nepal is costly due to less knowledge of components price to public people and the seller sells the components increasing its price by about 10-20%. This platform provides the actual price of product while buying and selling without any chance of scam.
Students need various resources to carry on their classes. These resources may be pdf’s or softwares. Normally all the students in an institution will be sharing common resources. So, in an institution, these bandwidth is mostly consumed by downloading same file redundantly by the students in their devices. Since the bandwidth provided by the ISP’s is limited, we will have poor internet connection. The purpose of this study is to create a platform that locally stores such files. These files can be downloaded by any one in the network without internet connection so that it reduces the bandwidth consumption by certain significant amount. This study uses the process of dividing file into small chunks before uploading and allow multiple users to access them at same time. This allowed multiple users to upload and download large files at same time. Verified users are allowed to store files in the system for future purposes
It is difficult for people to get real location of hospitals and their specification. People are unaware of doctor’s specialization so they get dilemma of where to go. My application will guide people to find hospitals, doctors and their current location with the specialization of doctors.
Most software applications require users to enter an email or choose a username while registering into the application. In this process, it is critical that the email or username used for registration is a unique one. A primitive way of ensuring that the constraint is met is to check into the database whether the email/username already exists or not. However, this simple process consumes time and processing resources when the number of users grow exponentially. In this project, space efficient probabilistic data structure called Bloom Filter is used to detect duplicate email during registration for a dummy email application. With the use of Bloom Filter membership query does not depend on the size of the set and even if the user size increases exponentially membership query is fast and inexpensive.

Employees in office have to do his/her official task, a student has to do his/her academic task but this all task has to be performed within a certain amount of time. That's when DhyanDEU comes in handy for people who are struggling to focus and perform the task efficiently. DhyanDEU is an android based application which allows a user to self-analyze his/her performance on any task. The application is mainly targeted to students who have lack of focus and gets distracted easily. Firstly user has to label a task then set a timer and within the time frame whenever you get distracted he/she can tap the distraction counter. So you can improve on any task by self-analyzing how much distraction you encounter when you're doing any task.
The project entitled Students Profile is a web application that is developed to help the students manage their certificate and documents and also help the admin to view the profile of individual students. It is a hectic task for the admin to manage all the documents of the students. If the students misplace their certificate then, they need to contact the admin. This application manages all the certificates and documents in a systematic manner. The project is developed in JAVA and MySQL database is used to store the information of students and their documents. Students Profile is an efficient, time saving and easy way to create, view and manage the documents. With this application, it is an easy task to view and manage the documents. The main purpose of this web app is to automate the existing system with the help of computerized system.

There has been an increase in interest in photography among the Nepalese youths but there is lack of local platform for them to upload, view and follow other photographers. There are a lot of international platform for the photographers but they are not customized for the photographers in Nepal. Photoghar will bridge the customization gap for the Nepalese photographer that has not been provided by the international platform. In addition, there has been a tradition of storing photographs in secondary storage device, this allows the safe storage but prohibits from exhibiting one’s talent to the other group of photographers. Photoghar solves this issue of storing and also allows the photographers to showcase their work to other photographers. Photoghar is designed by analyzing the increased interest of Nepalese youth in photography. The facebook page like Nepalese in photography have been getting huge popularity among the Nepalese. Photoghar allows the photographers to upload their work, rate photos of other uploaders and also the photographers whose work they are influence by.
Marksheet Generator is flexible for generating progress mark sheets for students. This system is mainly based in database technology. It can produce ready-to-use mark sheets, which are ready to print. The adjustable data interface will be popular data sources (SQL Server) and report destinations (PDF file). The project aims at developing a marksheet generation system which can be used at Deerwalk Sifal school to automate the distribution of digitally verifiable student result mark sheets. The system accesses the students’ results information from the student database and generates the mark sheets in Portable Document Format which is tamper proof and ensures the authenticity of the document.

Through this android application, people can get to know simple translation from English to Newari language. The app will be filled with information which will help the users to gain knowledge about a language. It will provide the user with the exact translation of the words from English to Newari language in the form of dictionary. Also, some information about the word can be gained. This app will also feature a quiz section where user can test their acquired knowledge.
