This project develops a web-based job portal using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) to improve job searching and recruitment in Nepal. It addresses challenges in the traditional job market by offering features such as user registration, CV uploads, job postings, advanced search filters, and job applications. The system uses the Cosine Similarity Algorithm to analyze user skills, qualifications, and behavior for personalized job recommendations and better candidate matching. With a responsive and scalable design, the platform enhances recruitment efficiency and improves job accessibility for both seekers and employers.
